Coffee Truck FAQ

BOOKING

What months of the year does your coffee truck operate?

Our coffee truck is available to book between March 1 and November 30. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot operate during the winter months with temperatures commonly lower than freezing.

What areas do you service?

We currently serve in St. Louis County and St. Charles County. If your event is within the city of St. Louis, a special permit would be required for us to come and serve you.

How do I book your coffee truck?

You can fill out our Booking Form or shoot us an email at contact@lccoffeestl.com and we’ll be in touch shortly! We look forward to working with you!

Can I book your truck for an entire year?

Yes! We have some clients that have us come out to their facility monthly. Send us an email at contact@lccoffeestl.com and we’ll be glad to set up a monthly stop with you!

What are your hours of operation?

We typically do events in the morning, between the hours of 7:00a - 12:00p. However, we can also do events in the afternoon or evening, but in our experience, most events are more successful in the morning.

What’s your earliest start time?

The earliest time we can be available is at 7:00a, however, if you need an earlier time, you can always ask.

DRINKS & FOOD

What’s included with your coffee truck?

Our Coffee Truck features a limited menu with an ever-changing list of seasonal drinks that we feature at our Coffee Bar & Roastery in Maplewood, MO. You can view our menu here. Yes, we primarily feature coffee-based drinks but have a wide variety of options for all non-coffee drinkers too.

Do you have any food options?

Yes! We partner with Great Harvest Bread Company and for an additional fee, we can bring goodies to complete your entire party or event. When filling out the contact form, select what food items you would be interested in and we will add that to your invoice.

WEATHER-RELATED

The weather is not looking good. Can I can the date of my event?

Yes! As the saying goes, “if you don’t like the weather, just wait five minutes for it to change.” We know this to be very true living in St. Louis. If the weather is not looking good, we would be glad to reschedule the event to another date. In the unlikely event that a cancellation is required by either party due to weather conditions or personal emergencies, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required in order to qualify for a full refund.

PAYMENT

How do I pay for my package?

Once a date has been agreed upon, we will send you an invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, your event will be officially in place. You can pay by credit card on the invoice or reach out to us about using another form of payment, such as a check.
