The Clever Dripper full-immersion dripper produces a clean, tasty cup that is incredibly easy to use.
WHAT YOU NEED
Server or Cup
Kettle (Goosneck, optional)
Bring water to a boil in your kettle, about 500 g.
Weigh out 25 g of coffee.
Grind coffee to a medium-to-course grind.
Fold the seams of the paper filter and place it in a dripper.
Once the water begins to boil, or reaches 205 degrees, pour hot water into the dripper to fully saturate the filter and warm the dripper. Set dripper on top of your mug, to drain the water out of dripper and to pre-heat your mug.
Pour the ground coffee into the filter and gently shake the dripper to even out the grounds.
Starting in the center, moving outward, gently pour 350 g of water to fully saturate the grounds. Give a quick, gentle stir to evenly immerse the grounds into the brew. Cover the Clever with its lid.
Let the coffee "steep" for 2-3 minutes. At 3:00 minutes, in the brewing process, place the dripper on top of your cup. The cup's rim engages the release valve and the coffee begins to drain through the bottom of the dripper into your cup.
