OUR ROAST PROCESS

It starts with strong relationships with the importer. They provide expertise by identifying a selection of coffees that meet our criteria.  We inspect the green coffee before each batch we roast. The coffee is roasted at different roast levels to introduce intentional variation.  The coffee is then carefully sampled, even soliciting feedback from customers during our "Lab Series" tastings.  This process is repeated until we find that “sweet spot” for each coffee.
