OUR OBJECTIVE

"Of the estimated $60 billion the global coffee industry earns each year, less than 10 percent of earnings go to the farmers who grow the coffee."

We believe coffee farmers should receive a living wage and for this reason, we make a conscious choice to buy coffee through Direct Trade relationships or coffee carrying Fair-Trade or UTZ certifications.  In some cases we purchase coffee where the importer is providing value-added services, improving farmers lives by providing efficient wood burning stoves for their homes, generous payment terms for the coffee, or offering best practices & expertise through farmer support organizations (FSO’s) that help growers make better informed decisions.

We hope you will choose to purchase and consume our freshly roasted coffee that results in a positive impact to the growers’ lives.
