There is a big difference in the quality of coffee that was roasted only days ago, compared to several weeks or months. It’s difficult for a consumer to know how fresh that coffee is when you buy from a store. We roast to order so your coffee is the absolute freshest. Our coffee is placed in a sealed bag with a degassing valve to ensure maximum freshness. This helps maintain and prolong the freshness better than any other method. La Cosecha Coffee only offers whole bean coffee because we believe that coffee's flavor is at it's peak immediately after grinding it.
